We are a creative team combining skills in design + fine art to make art with impact.

One August afternoon in 2019, Meredith Steele + Kristen Fogarty met for coffee. Creative sparks flew and before they knew it, they became a team of two.

Magik Studios grew from a desire to make big things happen. We put our skills together to create a unique studio that focuses on collaboration with each other and our clients.

In this house, we believe art matters and our strategy is simple: enhance environments. We work with commercial & residential clients to design concepts that visually compliment and elevate their existing surroundings. With a thoughtful approach and endless amounts of imagination, we turn empty spaces into creative atmospheres.

Facts about Magik:

• We met on a “blind friend date.”

• We’re East Coast women thriving out West.

• You can find us singing + dancing while we work.

Meet Meredith Steele the M in magik…

Growing up in Virginia, Meredith always loved being creative. She attended College of Charleston where she received a BS in Business Administration, a BS in Hospitality & Tourism as well as a focused minor in Studio Art. Her love for the visual arts began in college and fueled her to open her own studio Meredith Steele Art in 2017.

Inspired by women, nature, patterns, bold color & unlikely materials (just to name a few), her goal as an artist is to help her clients create thoughtful, joyful spaces. Her work includes everything from large art & floral installations to custom hand painted murals & original paintings. Since working with hundreds of clients on commissioned projects, Meredith’s passion for the arts has bloomed into a career making creative dreams come true.
